1 Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of words and terms used in these Terms are set out below:

1.1 Key Terms

• "Platform" means the big tk website, mobile application and all related digital services.
• "Member" means any individual registered with big tk who holds an active account.
• "Account" means a Member's personal profile through which they access the platform's features.
• "Bonus" means any financial or non-financial benefit granted by big tk.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before a bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the process of verifying a Member's identity.

1.2 Rules of Interpretation

In these Terms, words in the singular include the plural where applicable, and vice versa. In the event of any ambiguity, big tk's interpretation shall be final, provided that such interpretation is reasonable and fair.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on big tk and take part in any gaming activity, a Member must meet all of the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and truthful.
• A person may operate only one account.
• Only persons who are not on a self-exclusion list may register.

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of registration, a Member must provide their correct name, mobile number and any other required details. big tk may at any time request a copy of a government-issued ID for identity verification purposes. Withdrawal activity may be restricted until the verification process is complete.

2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

If a Member holds more than one account, big tk reserves the right to close all such accounts and seize the funds held in them. This is part of big tk's measures to prevent fraudulent activity.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

A Member is required to keep their account username and password strictly confidential. Access to the account must not be given to any third party. The Member is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

3.2 Updating Information

If any information provided at registration changes, the Member must update their account or notify the support team without delay. big tk will not be responsible for any loss arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account with no transactions or logins for twelve consecutive months may be marked as dormant. Any remaining balance in a dormant account is retained and will be available for withdrawal after identity verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

The accepted mobile wallet methods for deposits on big tk are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). Members must use a payment method registered in their own name; use of third-party accounts is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount from big tk is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. The four available withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. A Member's KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Transaction Verification

big tk reserves the right to place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal in the interest of preventing suspicious transactions or money laundering. Additional identity documents may be requested in such cases. If verification is not satisfactory, the transaction may be cancelled.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

big tk offers new Members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• A Member may claim each promotional offer only once (unless otherwise specifically stated).
• Bonuses apply only to deposits made via a payment method registered in the Member's own name, not through third-party methods.
• Bonus balance may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• big tk reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the event of any unusual betting pattern.

6 Gaming and Betting Policy

All games and betting activity on the big tk platform are run through software provided by third-party game providers. Game outcomes and RTP (Return to Player) are determined by the game provider's systems and are entirely independent. big tk does not interfere with the outcome of any game.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using betting algorithms or bot software.

7.2 Financial Misconduct

• Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.
• Attempting to fraudulently recover funds through chargebacks or payment disputes.

7.3 System Abuse

• Unauthorised access to or hacking of the platform's systems.
• Attempting to introduce viruses, malware or harmful code to the platform.
• Harassing other Members or engaging in fraudulent communication with them.

12 Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed, however any unused bonuses will be forfeited.

12.2 Termination by big tk

big tk may terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If involved in prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
• If false identity or information is provided.
• If there is a serious breach of account security.

12.3 Balance After Termination

In the case of closure at the member's own request, any valid balance will be returned. However, if the account is terminated due to prohibited activities, a decision on whether or not to return the balance will be made after an investigation.
